"For where your treasure is there your heart will be also"~~Matthew 6:24

We make up the senior high portion of the Dover Church of Christ Youth Group. We love to fellowship and have fun with one another. GO PIRATES!!!

There is much more to what we do than just Lads to Leaders/Leaderettes, but LTL is something we focus on in the winter and early spring of the year. Many of the pictures on our site have to do with what we did in Lads to Leaders/Leaderettes during the last year or two.

We go to area-wide youth devotionals when they are offered about every three months. We try to do good things for other people like rake-'n-runs. We have work days, like we just painted our classroom/meeting room. We love retreats. We go to Tulsa Workshop. We are involved with Camp Caudle especially in summer times. We have a fun time while living the abundant life that our Lord planned for us (John 10: 10). If you come here to serve God with us, it will not be boring. We love the life that we have found in the Lord and with each other. Through the study of God's Word, as led by Brent Hottinger, we are learning about God's plans for us and what we can do to show our acceptance of those plans.

The Lads to Leaders/Leaderettes Overall Theme for 2014: Here am I, send me. The Memphis Convention dates are April 18-20, 2014. Our church usually participates in Bible Bowl, Puppets, Good Samaritan, Song Leading, Songs of Praise, Art Says It, Bible Reading, Speech, and Mass Media.

The book of Matthew is our focus this year for Bible Bowl. Matthew depicts the life and story of Jesus Christ. It is also an excellent representation of the early christian church. In additon, it tells the story of jesus' sacrifice and how he died for our sins.

Our teachers have been Brent Hottinger, Chris Moss, and Micah Williams.

Developed by Brett, Presley, Matthew, Jaylinn, and help from Brother Chris and Mrs. Julie.
